Cancellations

Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed, which means cancellations may not always be possible.
If you need assistance, please email support@thescent.uk as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.

 

Returns

We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
Returns are available for customers in the United Kingdom.

You may return an item if:

  • It is unused and unopened,
  • It was received damaged,
  • It is incorrect,

Fragrance samples cannot be returned once opened or used due to hygiene regulations.

 

To request a return, email support@thescent.uk with your order number and the item you wish to return.

 

Return Guidelines

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds cover product value only; shipping fees are not refundable.

 

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
Bank processing times may vary.
