All orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours (Monday–Friday). Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be dispatched the next working day. We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email or text notification containing your tracking number. You can use this to follow your parcel’s progress in real time.

Customer Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered in full and correctly at checkout.
Incomplete or inaccurate addresses may result in your parcel being returned by the courier. If this occurs, refunds are not guaranteed. At our discretion, we may refund the remaining balance after deducting the original shipping cost and any return shipping charges incurred.
