TheScent.uk is a UK-based retailer specializing in authentic fragrance decants and samples. All products sold are genuine, sourced from original retail bottles, and hand-decanted into high-quality sample atomizers for personal use.
2. Product Disclaimer
We do not manufacture, modify, or alter any fragrance product.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or official retailers of any fragrance brand listed on our site.
The names, trademarks, and copyrights used belong to their respective owners and are used strictly to identify the products being decanted.
3. Decanting Policy
All decants are manually prepared using sterile tools in a clean environment.
Bottle sizes (1ml, 3ml, 5ml) refer to volume, not fill line or bottle capacity.
4. Orders & Payments
All payments are securely processed via Shopify’s payment gateways.
Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations due to our fast dispatch process.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
Standard processing time: 1–2 business days
Delivery time: 2–4 business days via Royal Mail or equivalent
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products:
Returns are not accepted for used or opened decants.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email thescenthelp@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo for review.
Refunds may be issued at our discretion for defective or mislabelled items only..
8. Liability
We are not liable for any allergic reactions, skin sensitivity, staining, or misuse of the product. Please test a small amount first and use responsibly.
