How do I make a return?

To request a return, please contact us with your order ID using the contact form above or email us at support@thescent.uk. We will review your request in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy. For full details, please refer to our Returns and Refunds page.

Are you affiliated with the fragrance brands you sell?

No. TheScent.uk operates independently and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any fragrance brand or manufacturer. Brand names are used solely to identify the scent from which a sample has been prepared.

Where do you ship from?

Orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom.

How long does UK delivery take?

Orders are typically dispatched within 1 business day. Most UK deliveries arrive within 2–4 business days after dispatch. 

What exactly will I receive when I place an order?

You will receive the sample size selected at checkout (e.g. 1ml, 5ml, or 10ml) in an unbranded glass atomiser, securely packaged and clearly labelled for your order. Full retail bottles are not supplied.

Do you ship internationally?

At present, we ship fragrance samples within the UK only. International shipping options may be added in the future.

How many sprays can I expect from a sample?

Approximate usage varies by size:

  • 1ml: around 15 sprays
  • 3ml: around 45 sprays
  • 5ml: around 75 sprays
  • 10ml: around 150 sprays

Actual usage may vary depending on spray strength and application.

 

How are orders packaged and shipped?

All orders are securely packaged to protect the atomiser during transit and are shipped using tracked UK delivery services.
