We currently ship to the United Kingdom only.
2. Order Cut-Off and Handling Time
Order cut-off: 5:00 PM GMT
Handling time: 0–1 business day
Orders placed after 5:00 PM GMT are processed on the next business day.
Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
3. Delivery Timeframes
All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail.
Transit time: 2–3 business days, Monday to Friday.
Total estimated delivery time: 2–4 business days, including handling and transit.
Delivery estimates may be longer during peak periods, UK public holidays, Royal Mail delays, or events outside our control.
4. Shipping Costs
Orders £0.01–£29.99: £2.99 flat rate shipping.
Orders £30.00 and above: Free shipping.
The applicable shipping cost will be shown clearly at checkout before you complete your order.
5. Tracking Your Order
All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
Please allow time for Royal Mail tracking updates to appear after dispatch.
6. Lost or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of your dispatch notification, please contact us at hello@thescent.uk with your order number and we will open an investigation with Royal Mail on your behalf.
7. Address Accuracy and Re-Shipping
Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we may need to charge for re-shipping.
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information entered at checkout.
