Every order from The Scent is prepared with care. If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, we will put it right at no cost to you.
Please contact us at hello@thescent.uk within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photographs of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund within 7 business days of receiving your claim.
Fragrance samples that have been opened, used, or tested are not eligible for return or replacement unless they arrive in a damaged or faulty condition.
We do not offer warranties against personal fragrance preferences. If a scent is not to your taste, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for guidance on exchanges.
